Who this is for

Built for local businesses that need a better online presence.

Most of our work is with owner-operated businesses across Western North Carolina, the kind where the person who answers the phone is the person who owns it.

Food & Hospitality
Restaurants, cafes, food trucks, and vendor markets
Beauty & Personal Care
Salons, barbers, nail and skin studios, tattoo artists
Contractors & Home Services
Trades, lawn care, and home service companies
Local Shops & Markets
Independent retail, boutiques, and community markets
Automotive & Local Services
Auto, detailing, and other appointment-based services
Professional & Service Businesses
Consultants, studios, and other local professionals

These are examples, not a list of who we can work with. If your business serves local customers and your current website undersells it, that is the conversation.

What your website includes

Everything the site needs. Nothing you have to chase.

One engagement covers the build and everything that keeps it running — so you're not coordinating a designer, a host, and an SEO person separately.

The build
Mobile-first layout, service or menu pages written around what you actually sell, photo and gallery sections, and practical judgment about what a customer needs to see before they call.
The ways customers reach you
Contact and lead forms that land in your inbox, click-to-call on mobile, text buttons where that's how your customers actually make contact, and directions for walk-in businesses.
Being found
Basic SEO structure and Google Search Console setup from day one — not bolted on later — plus a sitemap search engines can read.
Everything after launch
Hosting, maintenance, ongoing updates, and support. If something breaks or something needs changing, that's a message to Cloudline, not a project you have to manage.

The difference

From an outdated online presence to a website customers can trust.

Before

  • Facebook-only or outdated website
  • Old hours, old menus, or missing services
  • Hard to use on mobile
  • No clear contact button
  • Weak local search foundation
  • Owner has to handle updates alone

After

  • Clean modern website
  • Mobile-friendly layout
  • Clear services, menu, photos, hours, and location
  • Call, text, booking, directions, or quote buttons
  • Search Console and sitemap setup
  • Monthly updates handled for you

Managed Websites

Built once, maintained continuously.

A Cloudline website is not handed over and forgotten. It is assembled with the foundation your search visibility depends on, then kept current month after month.

Managed continuously

  • Hosting & security

Managed hosting, SSL, backups, and uptime monitoring are handled in the background.

  • Content & technical updates

Routine content, image, and platform updates as your business changes — no separate ticket to file.

  • Performance & search health

Monthly checks for speed, crawlability, indexing, and the technical details that affect search visibility.

Live Updates

Content changes shipped as part of the monthly update.

Mobile Ready

Layout verified across phone, tablet, and desktop.

Managed

Hosting, updates, and support handled by Cloudline.

Online Selling

Sell online without piecing together a second website.

For the right business, Cloudline can build online selling directly into a Managed Multi-Page Website — so your products, content, search presence, checkout, and ongoing updates stay part of one managed system.

Product catalog

Products, images, descriptions, variants and inventory.

Secure checkout

Stripe-powered cart and checkout for physical, digital, or service offerings.

Shipping & orders

Shipping configuration, order management, receipts and refunds.

Subscriptions

Recurring products or services where the business model supports them.

Promotions

Discounts and promo codes where appropriate.

Ongoing management

Cloudline can continue updating products, content, merchandising and store information after launch.

Not every store belongs on the same platform. Larger catalogs, advanced fulfillment, warehouse or ERP integrations, marketplace functionality, complex shipping, or specialized ecommerce workflows may require additional setup or a dedicated platform. Cloudline will recommend the better fit rather than force the wrong system.

Your domain and content belong to you.

Clients retain ownership of their business domain and the content they provide. Hosting, platform access, transfer procedures, and termination terms are clearly documented in the service agreement before launch.

Cloudline manages the technical side — hosting, updates, monitoring, and support — so you never have to fight with a website builder. When the arrangement ends, the transition process is documented and straightforward.

FAQ

Common questions about managed web design.

Is hosting included?+

Yes. Hosting, SSL, and technical maintenance are included in the monthly management plan. You don't need to purchase separate hosting.

Can Cloudline redesign my existing website?+

Yes. Cloudline can redesign an existing site, migrate content from your current platform, and set up proper redirects so you don't lose existing search visibility.

Can I use my current domain?+

Yes. Cloudline works with your existing domain — there's no need to buy a new one. If you don't have a domain yet, Cloudline can help you choose and register one.

Can I request changes after launch?+

Yes. Routine text and image updates, service or menu changes, hours updates, and small content adjustments are included in the monthly management plan. Major new pages or features may require an additional quote.

How many pages are included?+

The scope and page count are discussed during the review and recommendation phase. Typical local business websites include a homepage, services or menu page, about page, and contact page. Larger sites with additional pages are quoted based on scope.

What happens if I need a new page later?+

Cloudline can build additional pages — they're quoted based on content, design, and complexity. Routine content updates to existing pages are included in the monthly plan.

Does the site work on mobile?+

Yes. Every Cloudline website is designed mobile-first. Google prioritizes mobile-friendly sites, and most local searches happen on phones — so responsive design is standard, not optional.

Can Cloudline connect my booking or ordering link?+

Yes. Cloudline can add links to your existing booking platform (Vagaro, Calendly, Square Appointments, etc.), and eligible multi-page sites can also include built-in online selling with secure Stripe checkout. Direct platform integrations vary — Cloudline will give you an honest assessment of what's possible.

Can Cloudline build an online store?+

Yes. Eligible Managed Multi-Page websites can include online selling for physical products, digital products, services, or subscriptions with secure checkout. The exact setup depends on catalog size, shipping, inventory, and fulfillment needs. For large or highly specialized ecommerce operations, Cloudline may recommend a dedicated platform such as Shopify instead.

Do I need Shopify?+

Not necessarily. Many small and straightforward online stores can be built directly into a Cloudline-managed website. For larger catalogs or more complex inventory, fulfillment, shipping, or operational requirements, Cloudline may recommend Shopify or another dedicated ecommerce platform.

Can you help with photos and written content?+

Cloudline can provide guidance on content structure, service descriptions, and image selection. Professional photography and copywriting are not included but can be coordinated if needed.

How long does the project take?+

Many standard website projects can reach a first draft within approximately 5–7 business days after receiving the required content. Timelines depend on project scope, client response time, and revision rounds.
